1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Account & authentication

Some features require an account. You may sign in with Discord, Google, Apple, or an email address and password, and you are responsible for keeping that account secure. We store what is needed to identify you and to contact you, and nothing more.

3. Premium membership

Premium is sold as one-off periods. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are handled case by case — contact support within 7 days of purchase.

We may change what premium includes, with reasonable notice to anybody who already has it.

4. Conduct

You agree to follow the rules and regulations during all league activities. Breaking them may lead to penalties, suspension, or a permanent ban, at the discretion of stewards and administrators.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website — its design, branding, and league data — belongs to MOR Esports unless stated otherwise. Race statistics come from Racing League Tools under their terms.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided as it is, without warranty. We are not liable for loss of data, interruptions, or damages arising from using it.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Carrying on using the service after a change means accepting the updated terms.
